The 2 Lions ZAC is a new and vivid district in the South outskirt of Tours City.
Mixing majors programs as it's Law University (7000 students) it's new Campus, a new business incubator; private and collective housing residences for rental and homeownership , and a leisure park "La Gloriette".
This new outskirt zone, directly linked with the city of Tours and it's south side, is considered as a new complete urban area.
It will receive : L'Heure Tranquille : a vast leisure and shopping center (30 000 m²); a new buisiness center and equipements (11 000 m²) and a 100 rooms Hotel Resort.
L'heure tranquille is meant to be the new shopping beating hart of the whole district, strategic center of an 120 hectares operation.
