The Hilton Hotel Bahir Dar is located on a privileged site, on the edge of Lake Tana, on the banks of the Blue Nile. The building hosts 200 rooms and a programmatic hotel, event and catering offer worthy of the best criteria of the hotel chain, has used its geometry to take advantage of the extraordinary environmental context in which it is located. The "L" shaped building redefines the landscaped area of the banks of the Blue Nile to make it the natural extension of the great River. The exterior facade of the building structures takes on a more urban spirit, marked by a scouring module of solar protection and visual balconies which gives a kinetic rhythm to the facade on the city side.

On the bank of the Blue Nile, on the interior facade, everything in the project is designed to cancel the border between the common spaces and the landscape, to give the feeling that the landscape enters the hotel and that the Hotel is the landscape, punctuated by 9 Bungalows at the entrance to the river. Pedestrian traffic crosses the diverse activity platforms and gradually descends towards the river, ending in a magnificent viewpoint.
